Scientifically a great idea. Rug could be thicker. Washes decently & stays in place. If they made them thicker & darker colors it would be perfect!I really like this rug but I’m not able to get the creases out from being folded up when it was delivered. Looks great and very durable!Not as advertised very thin will not stay in placeLove this rug! This is super soft for bare feet and sturdy for work boots!I read all the reviews before I purchased this rug for my daughter's house with 2 toddlers, a very large dog and a messy Minnesota outdoors. The rug is spectacular especially compared to the local home repair store options we had been using. The rug is super soft and plenty absorbent for the rain Minnesota has been having. It is used by the back sliding patio doors where the dog goes in and out and since we got the rug, the level of dirt dragged through the house has gone done substantially. I shake it out once a day and it traps a hefty amount of dirt. One of my best purchases on Amazon in a while.Nice rug collect dirt and grass.However unhappy with the color as it's more of a pink than brown.Moved to a different area in house since it didn't match with my brown carpets.It’s got a more Siena color than brown. Still, they fit perfect for our needs and are protecting our floors at the front and back doors where we were starting to get wear.The rug itself is good, but it’s let down by the way it’s packed & shipped. If it was rolled, it would be great, but it’s folded, creating a permanent fold down the centre. This is a real pain for us, as it means we have to step on it every time we open a door next to it, in order for the door gap to clear the height of the raised fold line in the mat.I bought it for my mother to make the tiled bathroom floor right outside the shower door. The rug has a rubbery backing, so doesn't slip and the rug pile is better than a cold tile floor with wet feetGoes in Washing machine hoovers easy tooNo more wet paw prints in our home, this is very absorbent, I haven’t had it long enough to wash it or to see how it wears but I’m pleased with it, and it grips my laminate floor really well , no slipping or sliding around.I put it inside the conservatory door. It's good, soft to the touch but mops up any grime. The cat goes in and out of the cat flap, I go in and out of the garden and it's perfect, plus the colour matches the floor.
